Senior-level websites without the agency overhead.
I design and build high-performance sites for small businesses — fixed prices, no layers of management, shipped by the person you actually talk to.
There's a missing middle between agencies and Fiverr — and it's where most small businesses belong.
Your site is from 2018. It loads in five seconds, hasn't generated a lead in eight months, and you've been meaning to fix it since the second quarter. Agencies want $40,000 and four months and a kickoff workshop in a hotel ballroom. Fiverr wants two weeks of your life and a Wix template that breaks on a phone.
There's a missing middle: senior work, fairly priced, by one person who's done it eight hundred times and won't disappear after the deposit clears. That's the only thing I do — and I do it for about sixty small businesses a year, mostly in the United States.
The website that wins is the second-to-last one your competitor sees.
Working principle №1
Three packages. Fixed prices. No "starting at."
Pick the one that fits the problem. If none of them do, the discovery call is free and I'll tell you so.

- Basic SEO setup & meta tags
- One round of revisions
- Performance ≥ 90 Lighthouse
- Deployed to your hosting
- Up to 7 custom-designed pages
- WordPress CMS with editable blocks
- Contact form with email routing
- Local SEO + Schema markup
- Two rounds of revisions
- Google Analytics + consent mode
- Loom training video for your team
- Unlimited pages, custom architecture
- Headless CMS or advanced WordPress
- E-commerce / booking integrations
- Multi-language (WPML / i18n)
- Advanced animations & interactions
- Performance + SEO deep audit
- 60-day post-launch support
Four steps. No mystery.
The honest version of the process — including how long things actually take and what could go wrong.
Discovery call
Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. You tell me what's broken, I tell you if I can fix it and what it'll cost.
Day 0 · FreeDesign & wireframe
Full-fidelity Figma mockup of every page. You approve before I write a line of code.
Days 1–5Build & revise
I build the live site on a staging URL. You review, request changes, I implement them same-day.
Days 6–18Launch & handoff
DNS switch, analytics verified, Loom walkthrough recorded. You own everything — code, hosting, domain.
Day 21How I work, in six rules.
Read these before the call. If any of them feel wrong for your project, we should probably skip the call entirely.
One person, start to finish.
No hand-offs. The person on the call is the person writing the code and choosing the typeface.
Fixed scope, fixed price.
I quote the project, not the hour. If I underestimate, that's my problem. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
Ship dates are real dates.
I pad my calendar by one week per project. In fourteen years I've missed two deadlines, both by one business day.
You own everything.
Code, design files, hosting accounts, domain. If I get hit by a bus tomorrow, your next developer picks up the file.
Async by default.
Loom over Slack, docs over meetings. One standing call per week max, and only if you want it.
Performance is a feature.
Every site ships at 95+ Lighthouse. Not because Google says so — because your visitors are on a phone in a parking lot.
A few sites I'd put my name on.
See all work →Two short lists. Read them carefully.
Most disappointing freelance projects come from a vague yes on day one. Here are the boundaries up front.
I will
- Design and build your entire site, start to finish
- Write production-ready HTML/CSS/JS or WordPress themes
- Set up analytics, consent, basic SEO
- Train your team to edit content (Loom video included)
- Provide 30 days of bug-fix support post-launch
- Tell you honestly if your project isn't a good fit
I won't
- Write your copy from scratch (but I'll edit and tighten it)
- Run your Google Ads or social media
- Build a custom SaaS product or mobile app
- Work with committees larger than three decision-makers
- Accept scope changes mid-build without a change order
- Promise rankings — I build fast, accessible sites; SEO results depend on content
We'd burned $14k on an agency that ghosted us. Petru rebuilt the whole site in three weeks and doubled our form submissions in the first month.
Halford & Sons Plumbing
Two voices. Specific, not glowing.
"We'd been quoted $35k by two agencies. Petru did it for a fifth of that and the site loads three times faster. I don't understand the industry."
"The handoff document alone was worth the price. Every font, every color, every login — all in one Notion page. Our previous agency left us with nothing."
I've shipped websites for fourteen years, for businesses all over the world.
I work alone, on purpose. No account managers, no junior devs learning on your dime, no agency markup. Just one senior who designs the thing, builds the thing, and ships it on the day we said we would.
Most of my clients are referrals from clients I shipped years ago. The work compounds when you don't have to spend three months a year hunting for the next project.
